It is made of a sheer linen allowing light to enter the room having a semi transparent characteristic. The top section has a 2 inch pocket to insert a rod for hanging and is finished with a pretty ruffle. The panel measures 28" in length but you can tie it up to whatever height you desire using the two sets of ties. All seams have been professionally surged and finished.
